Udělujete tímto souhlas společnosti VNT electronics s.r.o., se sídlem Dvorská 605, 563 01 Lanškroun, IČ: 64793826, zapsané ve veřejném rejstříku vedeném u Krajského soudu v Hradci Králové, oddíl C, vložka 9839 (dále jen „Správce“), aby ve smyslu zákona č.101/2000 Sb., o ochraně osobních údajů (dále jen „zákon o ochraně osobních údajů“) zpracovávala tyto osobní údaje:
jméno a příjmení
e-mail
veškeré další údaje, které napíšete do formulářů na těchto webových stránkách, nebo do emailů odeslaných na adresy uvedené na těchto stránkách
Výše uvedené osobní údaje je nutné zpracovat za účelem vypracování nabídky nebo smlouvy, vyřízení objednávky nebo zaslání ceníku. Tyto údaje budou Správcem zpracovány po dobu 1 roku.

You hereby give consent to VNT electronics s.r.o., with its registered office at Dvorská 605, 563 01 Lanškroun, Identification No. (IČ): 64793826, e-mail:info@dogtrace.com, tel.: +420 461 310 762, entered in the Companies Register administered by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, Section C, Entry No. 9839 (hereinafter the “Data Controller”) with processing the following personal data pursuant to Act No.101/2000, Coll., on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter the “Personal Data Protection Act”):

• Name and surname;
• E-mail; and
• All other data that you will write into the forms on this website or into e-mails sent to the addresses stated on this website.

The above-mentioned personal data must be processed for the following purposes:

• To prepare a bid or agreement, to process an order or send price lists. The data will be processed by the Data Controller for a period of one year.
• To provide a licence for the mobile application Dogtrace GPS. Said personal data concerning such application will be maintained by the Data Controller for a period of ten years after the consent was given.

You give your express consent with the above-mentioned processing. The consent may be withdrawn at any time for example by sending an e-mail or letter to the above-mentioned Data Controller’s contact data. Personal data are processed by the Data Controller, but personal data may also be processed for the Data Controller by the following processors:

• Technical controller; or
• Other providers of processing software, services and applications.

Please note that pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act you are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time, to request information from us what personal data of yours we process, to request explanation from us concerning personal data processing, to request access to such data and to have such data updated or corrected, to request deletion of such personal data and, in case of any doubt concerning fulfilment of the obligations connected with personal data processing, to contact us or the Personal Data Protection Office.
